The purpose of this effort is to build an organized, documented effort of Obama's work in the Ilinois State Senate. The transcripts from the Senate are available online at the Illinois State Senate Website. Reading the transcripts, it is clear that Obama was respected by both Democrats and Republicans, and built consensus around productive legislation.
1) Go to Illinois Senate Transcripts
Go to the 93 through 90 Illinois assemblies and try to find a transcript in which Obama serves a significant role.
2) The transcripts are password protected so you can't just copy the text from them.

3) Create a new page on Obamapedia. Then, copy the significant transcript text, removing annoying info between pages. Attach relevant transcript to the page. (if the converted transcript is too big, just use the encrypted one
If you're going to cover a certain period of Obama's career, comment on the main state senate page to avoid repeats.
